West Indies have announced their squad for the Test series against Australia beginning from June 3. West Indies will be without their star batsman Shivnarine Chanderpaul, who was dropped has been dropped from the squad following a string of poor performances leading up to it. Rajindra Chandrika and wicket keeper Shane Dowrich are the two new faces in the West Indies squad this time. Dowrich is likely to act as a back-up for skipper Denesh Ramdin. West Indies will be going into this series full of confidence after they recently drew their three-Test series against England at 1-1. There were many positives to take from that series. Jermaine Blackwood and Marlon Samuels starred with the bat in that series and have rightly been selected for this series against Australia as well.
