England and Wales Cricket Board announced England’s One-Day International (ODI) squad for the upcoming five-match ODI series against New Zealand minutes after New Zealand beat England at Headingley in the 2nd Test by 199 runs to level the series 1-1. England had a disastrous ICC Cricket World Cup 2015 campaign where Bangladesh knocked them out and England did not reach even the Quarter-finals of the mega event. A lot of changes have been made to the squad with the notable absentees in Ian Bell, Moeen Ali, James Anderson and Stuart Broad.

England will play five one-dayers followed by a Twenty20 International against New Zealand.
