AB de Villiers was dismissed in a Test match against Bangladesh in a bizarre manner. The ball from spinner MOhammad Ashraful pitched twice before it reached de Villiers, who smashed the ball but it took the outside edge and was safely pouched by the bowler himself. South Africa were bowled out for just 170, conceding a first innings lead of 22 in the process. Bangladesh were bundled out for 182 in their second innings and set South Africa a target of 205. The Proteas cruised to a win with five wickets to spare and de Villiers remained unbeaten on 19. Jacques Kallis picked up five wickets in the second innings and was adjudged the man of the match.
