The Bangladeshi bowlers put in an excellent all-round bowling display to restrict the Proteas’ progress. Hashim Amla was the first victim of Mustafizur’s charge. He edged behind to Litton Das for 13. JP Duminy was then pegged on the back foot, and dismissed LBW for a first-ball duck. Quinton de Kock then kept the hat-trick ball out, but was bowled off the very next ball. Morne Morkel managed to stay not out in the end, as Bavuma was the last man to fall, trying to slog Mustafizur and holing out to Jubair.
