Houston saw legends meet as Cricket All Stars cricketers gathered around for a star-studded dinner. The event to promote the game of cricket in the United States of America (USA) brought together the legendary cricketers from different era and let the world experience something which could only be imagined of till date. The two teams, Sachin’s Blasters and Warne’s Warriors faced each other for three Twenty 20 matches as the latter picked up clean victories in all the three face offs. The dinner gathering included discussions on some iconic feats from the past. As added bonus, there were sections like ‘Yorkers of Akthar’, ‘Googly of Saqlain’, ‘Brutual attack by Sehwag’, ‘Fluid strokes of Ponting’ and ‘nightmare of aussies- Laxman’ which were build with video clips of epic moments and were displayed over a large screen.
The Cricket All Stars contest has introduced live cricket to US which has been one of the most cherishing experiences for many cricket lovers currently settled there.
