Pakistan and England enter an interesting contest as they face each other for 3 Twenty 20 International (T20I) matches. In the ongoing tour, the both teams have already played each other in One-Day Internationals (ODIS) and Test format. Pakistan won the Test series while England bagged the ODI contest, which makes the remaining T20I series the decider. Pakistan will see a change in captaincy as Shahid Afridi take the charge from Azhar Ali to face Eoin Morgan’s young yet talented English side. It will be great to see who wins the battle, experience or the young mind. LIVE UPDATES: Pakistan vs England 2015, 1st T20I at Dubai
Looking at the England side, the team currently has the advantage as they have defeated the Pak side by 3-1 in the current limited overs format and will look forward to continue the rest of the tour in the same spirit. The side has many dependable T20 players. Starting with the big hitters Jos Buttler and Jason Roy who are currently in tremendous form, it will not be quite easy for the Pak bowlers to restrict them within a small total. Amongst the bowlers, Chris Woakes, Reece Topley, David Willey and Adil Rashid are expected to do the destruction.
The Pakistan team doesn’t look weak either as they have players who are best known for their T20 skills. The team will have the help from T20 greats like Sohail Tanveer, Umar Akmal and Sohaib Masood and surely the ever active yet experienced Afridi who can take control of the match single-handedly. But Pakistan would have loved to have their prime bowler Yasir Shah who will not be there in the team for the series.LIVE SCORECARD: Pakistan vs England 2015, 1st T20I at Dubai
